Plain English, because you deserve it.
This explains what we do with the details you give us, why we're allowed to, and how to make us stop. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Who we are
Relance is a UK business providing an AI office manager for renewables installers. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, email hello@relance.co.uk and we'll answer.
What we collect
If you use the calculator, we collect your name, business name, email address and mobile number, along with what you install and the figures you entered. If you book a call, we collect what you put in the booking form. We use standard website analytics that count visits without identifying you personally. The demo film needs nothing from you.
Why we're allowed to hold it
The calculator tells you plainly that we'll use your details to send your number and talk to you about Relance, and we only store them if you press the button. That's our lawful basis for emailing and texting you. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and withdrawing it's as easy as giving it.
What we do with it
We may email or text you about what Relance does, how it applies to your trade, and offers relating to it. We don't sell your details, we don't rent them, and we don't pass them to anyone outside the tools we use to run the business. Those tools are our customer system (GoHighLevel), our hosting (Vercel), the AI model provider (Anthropic) and our email and text delivery, all of which act on our instructions only.
Making us stop
Reply STOP to any text and the texts end immediately. Click unsubscribe in any email and the emails end immediately. If you'd rather we deleted everything we hold about you, email hello@relance.co.uk and we'll delete it and confirm that we have. You're also entitled to ask for a copy of what we hold, and to have anything wrong corrected.
How long we keep it
If you never become a client, we delete your details two years after your last contact with us. If you do become a client, we keep what we need for as long as we work together, and for six years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it.
If we get it wrong
Tell us first and we'll try to put it right. If you're still unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, which is the UK regulator for this.
